How do I receive my order?

All products sold on Crochetifies are digital downloads. There is no physical shipping. Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive an email containing a download link to access your pattern instantly.

What if I didn't receive my download email?

Please check your spam or junk folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at support@crochetifies.com and we will resend your download link as soon as possible.

Can I access my download later?

Yes. Your download link will remain accessible. We recommend saving a copy of your pattern to your device or cloud storage as a backup.

Do you ship physical products?

No. Crochetifies sells digital pattern files only. All products are delivered electronically — no physical items are dispatched.


Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If what you received is not what you expected, simply reply to your download email within 30 days of purchase and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.

Non-refundable circumstances

Because our products are digital files that are accessible immediately upon purchase, we are unable to offer refunds once a pattern has been downloaded and no issue has been reported.
